1. Scope

These general terms and conditions (Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen, "AGB") apply to all orders placed through The Craft Hub website, including event tickets, memberships, and DIY craft kits.

DIY kits are sold by independent makers ("partners"). Unless stated otherwise at checkout, the purchase contract for a kit is concluded between you and the respective maker. The maker's name and contact details are shown on the product page and in your order confirmation.

These terms also apply when you use The Craft Hub app for iOS and Android, for example to book events, buy gift cards or manage your membership, and when you use our community features (profiles, connection requests and messages) on the website or in the app. For the community, our community rules apply in addition. How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.

2. Ordering and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products on this website does not constitute a legally binding offer. By completing checkout you submit a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when you receive the order confirmation by email.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices. The Craft Hub is a small business within the meaning of § 19 UStG (Kleinunternehmerregelung) and therefore does not charge VAT on its own offers, such as event tickets and memberships (gemäß § 19 UStG wird keine Umsatzsteuer berechnet).

DIY kits are sold by independent makers. Whether a kit price includes VAT depends on the tax status of the respective maker.

Prices are shown excluding delivery costs (zzgl. Versand), which are displayed before checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are stated on the respective product page. If your order contains kits from several makers, each maker ships their own parcel and you will receive separate dispatch confirmations.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Details, exceptions, and the model withdrawal form can be found in our withdrawal policy.

6. Returns and warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. Individual makers may grant extended return windows, shown on the product page. To start a return, use the link in your order confirmation or your order page.

7. Liability

Claims for damages are excluded except for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, from intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty, and for claims under the Product Liability Act.

8. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
